Initially I thought there was a problem with the unit but it worked in the end ( my fault - loose wire) and the Element Shop were very helpful when contacted and would certainly recommend them

'Absolutely perfect service from ElementShop but Heatmiser neostat is poor'
The purchase of a replacement Heatmiser neostat was beyond perfect. Identified the fault 11am one day; replacement arrived and was fitted by 11am the next. Remarkably good service and would have absolutely no hesitation buying from Element Shop again. Unfortunately, given the very dubious reliability of the Heatmiser neostat, I fear that may be sooner than I'd like.

Heatmiser neoStat v2 Programmable Thermostat - White
Bought an additional Neostat for a room where we still had a manual one. It works a well as all the previous ones but is slightly more sophisticated - I has proximity sensors so the display lights up when you put you hand near it. Excellent
