We continually have to replace these control boxes (we have six of them in our holiday cottages) , they seem to fail on a fairly regular basis so it is great to be able to order replacements from a company like this.

'Trade counter customer service'
Young man at trade counter was polite and helpful, all you could ask for.
As an ITFC supporter he had a disappointing weekend, so being cheerful on a Monday morning at work was very creditable. Pending relegation is very hurtful !

After connecting my timer I had a couple of issues when initiating the app, so I called Element Shop and was impressed with their prompt advice, even when busy, one of the sales staff took the call and got one of their tech staff to call me back. Restored my faith in customer service.

Having just recently had solar panels installed, rather than using the gas to heat our water I decided to switch to using the immersion heater. Looking through the internet I came across this timer, which coincidentally matched the other stats in my house, and found it a perfect addition. After wiring it in I had to call their tech helpline and was very pleased with their prompt advice. I would definitely recommend the product and the Element shop.
