'Great customer service'

Absolutely brilliant service. Unit arrived promptly but after speaking to Heatmiser I realised I had the wrong controller. A call to Element Shop got the right one and returned the wrong unit for a full refund.
All-round great shopping experience, highly recommend this company.

'Excellent'

Superb service, the price is the best available and delivery was next day. Really impressed and highly recommend.

From opening the box to all working perfectly took about 30 minutes. Its excellent, the app works well, with a sensible clear display. I only had 3 zones to set up.
Price and delivery from the Element Shop is superb. Next day.

Ah, I suppose my customer service comments should have gone in here. (Poor UX, Feefo!)

The service I received couldn’t have gone any smoother. I had no need to interact with anyone there, but my order was placed and delivered within 24 hours.

'Heatmiser Neostat WiFi Carbon.Boiler Room Stat.Very dim display .'

Element Shops service was excellent and with next day delivery. Their returns methods is also one of the best I have come across with cocise and accurate information.

Probably the best WiFi boiler central heating smart app and excellent WiFi functioning . The app is a delight and the best I have come across ,. Most of the Chinese apps for these thermostats are hopeless. I have only given the Heatmiser 2 * because the back lite LED back-lite display is unreadable in a daylight day in my lounge , The model I had was a Neostat Wifi Carbon .Visually its excellent but my one due to its very dim screen brightness is only suitable for bedrooms or very low ambient light levels. The proximity sensor only functions when a finger is about an 15mm way from the arrow touch keys.The display does increse from non visible in a bright room to barely adequate to the extent of pulling the curtains ..I programmed it in the evening with three table lights illuminating my lounge and had to sit away from any direct light.I spoke the Heatmiser technical help and explained the situation and was tolf the White version would be brighter but this is a totally different backlite (slight blue I was told).I have no idea how bright the white version is.At £ nearly 90-100 its not cheep but it does ooze quality but entirely let down by its very low screen illumination for normal heating boiler controll for the lounge all hallway where a normally good natural light level is present.Unfortunately a few hours after speaking to Heatmiser and them suggesting to get a refund ,(as there is no way the screen brightness can be increased) the thermostat failed and appeared to be dead.It has now been returned to Heatmiser for invetigation .which I am informed will take around 2-4 weeks
