The Heatmiser neo Hub gateway G2 is the second generation gateway to the Neo System, providing remote control for all neoStats in your home, offering you a smarter way to control your heating from anywhere.

Heatmiser neoHub is the gateway to the Neo System, providing remote control of all neoStat's and neoPlug's from your iOS, Android and Windows 10 device.

The neoHub connects to your home broadband router and wirelessly to the neoStats in your home. No special computer knowledge is required, simply plug into your router, create a FREE account via the Neo app and then take control of your heating, hot water and appliances from anywhere.

Can I control my heating if my internet connection fails?

Yes, you can control your heating from the thermostat keypad, but you will not be able to access your heating system remotely.

Is there a subscription fee for Neo?

No, there is no on-going fee. Neo is free to use and will be updated free of charge as enhancements are made to the service.

What is the Range of the Neo System?

Essential and excellent product

The Heatmiser hub is an excellent and essential device to control underfloor heating in multilple rooms. The individual controls in each room are not easy to program and use without the hub. It’s very easy to install and to operate.

This item interact well with the cell phone app and hardware I already have. I also connected this to a Habitat smart automation box. This was not designed for by Heatmiser, but after some frustrations I got them introduced.

Good item and very easy to set up. Though it would work with Alexa but doesn't but the app is easy to use.

Would reccomend and will be a returning customer if I need anything else.

Tricky to get the hub connected to the existing NeoStat. Tried multiple times before it would connect. Frustrating set up, but now connected it seems fine and works as expected. App is good and it fits into Apple HomeKit as expected.

It works very well. Adding the thermostats to the hub was quick and simple enough. The app is not the best but does the job (better than setting the thermostats by hand, for sure). Good HomeKit integration.
