The Heatmiser neo Hub gateway G2 is the second generation gateway to the Neo System, providing remote control for all neoStats in your home, offering you a smarter way to control your heating from anywhere.

Heatmiser neoHub is the gateway to the Neo System, providing remote control of all neoStat's and neoPlug's from your iOS, Android and Windows 10 device.

The neoHub connects to your home broadband router and wirelessly to the neoStats in your home. No special computer knowledge is required, simply plug into your router, create a FREE account via the Neo app and then take control of your heating, hot water and appliances from anywhere.

Can I control my heating if my internet connection fails?

Yes, you can control your heating from the thermostat keypad, but you will not be able to access your heating system remotely.

Is there a subscription fee for Neo?

No, there is no on-going fee. Neo is free to use and will be updated free of charge as enhancements are made to the service.

What is the Range of the Neo System?

The NeoHub is very easy to set up and pair with the Heatmiser smart thermometers that I already had installed. The software will hopefully improve over time as it's a little scruffy, but it's all working and I no longer have to walk around the house visiting each thermometer to see what's going on.

Does what it is supposed to, which is control heating for multiple rooms and zones through the app. The app could be designed better though.

Fast shipping and fair prices!
