Stiebel Eltron DEM 4 Set Instantaneous Unvented Water Heater
Installed and operating although the fibre washer on the hot connector had to be replaced with a rubber washer. It was bought to replace one from another manufacturer which repeatedly failed (triac failure) after about 12 months use - 4 times in 4 years. It remains to be seen how reliable this one is.

Very happy with this machine. Miles above my previous instantaneous water heater, which was redring. This cost a lot more but it is a lot better
