Not installed yet but the reviews of the product seem to be good
Pretty good service
Easy to use website.
Delivery was quick.
Price wasn't the cheapest (Toolstation had it a lot cheaper but none in stock in my local area)

Easy to fit apart from the electrical cable connecting block which is too close to the bottom of the unit

Very happy with this machine. Miles above my previous instantaneous water heater, which was redring. This cost a lot more but it is a lot better
